B&N will carry self-pubbed books? That's a shocker although the book market has certainly gone under a tremendous shift of late so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised. Thanks for checking in! I love it! I have zero to do with ...How insightful. I love it! I have zero to do with my covers--I usually learn about them when I see them on Amazon! But that's fine with me because S&S always picks great covers. I have noticed a difference in the way bookstores treat authors...it's far easier to get your books into big bookstores (and independents) if they can order your book from the big distributors. With small presses, that isn't always the case...but my local bookstores are starting to carry more small-press and self-published books.
